Spare Part Supply

We supply a complete range of spare parts for industrial microwave- and plasma generators, not only for our own systems, but also for systems manufactured by other OEMs. Typical parts supplied by us include:

• Magnetrons with output frequencies of 915 MHz, 2450 MHz (2.45 GHz) and 5800 MHz (5.8 GHz).
• Waveguide components including launchers, circulators, tuners, directional couplers etc.
• Electronic components including high voltage rectifiers, high voltage dividers, transient suppressors, solid state relays (SSRs), microwave diode detectors etc.
• Electrical components including high tension transformers, filament transformers, panel meters, power contactors, power controllers, switchgear components etc.

And because we also service and repair auxiliary equipment for our customers, we can additionally supply the following parts:

• Sensors and transducers, e.g. for pressure, temperature, speed, position, mass flow etc.
• Controllers for pressure, temperature, speed, position, mass flow etc.
• Electrical drives and motors, including closed loop and servo systems.
• Valves including hydraulic valves, pneumatic valves, proportional valves etc.
• PLC and SCADA systems.
