M-Press Systems (M) Sdn. Bhd. was incorporated in 2005 by a small group of German engineers, working in South-East Asia since the middle of the 1990s. Before we started our own business we were working for major suppliers of industrial plants, installing, commissioning and servicing single machines, complete production lines and turn-key factories for different industries and applications, including metal-forming, chemical, petrochemical, rubber processing, surface treatment and others. Already during this time we were also involved in the design of microwave (UHF) extrusion lines for the production of technical rubber profiles. The microwave components for these lines were delivered by Muegge Electronic GmbH, now known as Muegge GmbH.
With the event of starting our own business, we still serviced our old customers, but also began to focus more on industrial microwave systems, as there was a growing demand for this highly efficient technology in Malaysia, but no local service and support. Over the years we expanded our knowledge and expertise into the field of plasma technology, which is now used very widely in different industries. At the same time, Muegge Electronic GmbH, already a major supplier in Europe, developed new innovative technologies and became one of the major worldwide suppliers. This eventually resulted in us being now the representative of Muegge GmbH in Malaysia, Singapore and other South-East Asian countries, offering our customers fast and efficient local support and access to the newest cutting-edge technologies.
Due to our background, however, we do not only supply and service industrial microwave- and plasma-systems, but also offer our customers maintenance, troubleshooting and repair of other types of equipment. With years of experience in the commissioning and start-up of production lines and complete factories, we also have the required knowledge to analyse and troubleshoot the complete process, thus offering our customers solutions from one hand.
Because the technologies and applications are closely related, we are now in the process of expanding our services into the field of RF-systems, which will enable us to offer our customers an even more complete portfolio.
